This Privacy Policy explains how PLCSP handles personal information when you visit plcsp.com, request a quotation or contact us about products, orders and after-sales support. It covers the English, Indonesian and Russian versions of this website.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

PLCSP is operated by Xiamen Xinchenheng International Trade Co., Ltd. (厦门信晨恒国际贸易有限公司), an industrial automation supplier based in China. The company is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

  • Website: plcsp.com
  • Privacy contact: [email protected]
  • Business address: Software Park Phase III, Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone, Xiamen, China
  • Telephone: +86 17306008434

2. Information we collect

  • Quotation forms: product model or part number, quantity, company, email address and message are required. A WhatsApp number is optional. Without the required details, the form cannot be submitted and we may not be able to prepare a useful quotation.
  • Direct correspondence: when you contact us by email, telephone or messaging services, we receive the contact details, messages and documents you choose to share. These may include your name, role, delivery destination, technical requirements and product photographs.
  • Order and support records: if an inquiry leads to an order or after-sales request, we process the contact, billing, delivery, payment-reference and service information needed to handle it.
  • Technical information: submitted inquiries record your IP address, source page URL and submission time. The source URL may contain query parameters. The hosting service may also process access and security logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website.

Inquiries are stored in the website database. The website also attempts to send a notification containing the submitted details, IP address and source URL to our sales mailbox. Temporary server-side records derived from IP addresses and email addresses help limit repeated submissions; their configured validity is five minutes.

Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through an inquiry. If you provide another person’s details, ensure you have a lawful reason to share them and make this policy available to them.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, identify requested parts, prepare quotations, communicate about availability and order requirements, arrange delivery, handle after-sales support, maintain business records, meet legal obligations and prevent spam or misuse. A quotation request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

4. Grounds for processing

The legal ground depends on the purpose, your relationship with us and the law that applies. This may include taking steps you request before entering a contract, or performing a contract, where you personally are a party; complying with legal obligations; or obtaining your consent where required.

Where applicable law recognizes legitimate interests as a legal ground, we may rely on our interests in responding to business contacts, administering customer relationships and protecting the website, after considering the effects on your rights. This is not a general legal ground under China’s Personal Information Protection Law. Where consent is required, we will request it before the relevant processing begins. We will request separate consent where applicable law requires it. Reading this policy or continuing to view the website is not, by itself, consent.

5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics

  • Language preference: the pll_language cookie stores a language code so the website can remember your language. Its configured lifetime is one year; you can remove it sooner through your browser.
  • Display support: WordPress may use wpEmojiSettingsSupports in browser session storage to cache emoji-display capability results and a timestamp. This is a display-function cache, not an analytics identifier. If fallback images are needed, your browser may request them from WordPress’s s.w.org service, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them.
  • Administration: WordPress uses additional authentication and preference cookies for people who sign in to administer the website. Viewing product pages or submitting an inquiry does not require an account.

Google Analytics and 51.la are currently disabled. Neither is used to collect visitor analytics under the current website configuration. We may introduce one or both services later to understand website usage. Before activation, we will update this policy with the actual provider, data categories, purposes, storage periods and relevant overseas processing details. Where prior consent is required, we will keep optional analytics disabled until you consent and provide controls to refuse or withdraw consent.

You can clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Doing so may reset your language preference or affect sign-in functions. Browser controls do not replace any consent controls required for future analytics.

6. Who may receive information

Relevant information may be accessed by staff handling your request and by service providers supporting website hosting, email, maintenance and business administration. Suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders and customs agents may receive the details needed to confirm products or fulfil an order. Professional advisers or authorities may receive information where necessary for legal obligations or claims. The information shared depends on the task; recipients do not need the full inquiry record for every purpose.

WhatsApp, WeChat, your email provider and other services you choose to use handle information under their own privacy policies. Contact links may open those services with a prepared product inquiry; you decide whether to send it. A map link opens an external map service. Check that service’s privacy information before sharing additional details.

7. Processing across borders

Our team operates in China, so information you send to us may be received and handled there even if you are elsewhere. Hosting, email, messaging or delivery providers may process information in other countries, depending on the services used. Privacy protections can differ between countries.

Where a transfer is subject to specific legal requirements, the relevant notices, safeguards and any required separate consent must be arranged before that transfer. This policy does not itself provide consent for an overseas transfer. Contact [email protected] for information about the providers, locations and safeguards relevant to your request.

8. How long information is kept

Retention is determined by the purpose of the record and applicable obligations. For inquiries that do not become orders, the relevant factors are whether the request is still active, whether follow-up is needed and whether a dispute or other legal requirement requires retention. Order, invoice, delivery and service records may need to be kept for applicable accounting, tax, warranty or claims periods. Security logs and backups are subject to operational needs and the arrangements of the relevant service provider.

There is no automatic expiry-and-erasure schedule for inquiries in the current website system. Removing an inquiry from the active administration list does not, by itself, permanently erase database, mailbox or backup copies. You may request deletion or details of the retention period applicable to your information using the contact below. We assess the request across relevant records and explain any lawful reason for continued retention.

9. Protecting information

Access to inquiry administration and exports is restricted to authorized administrators. We use access controls and submission checks to help protect records and reduce misuse. No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly at [email protected].

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal. Rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Send requests to [email protected], preferably with the subject Privacy Request. Describe your request and the email address or inquiry reference that will help us find the record. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any restriction or refusal.

11. Children

This website is intended for professional and business purchasing, not for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact our privacy email so we can assess and address it under applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We will revise this policy when our processing practices change and update the date above. Material changes, including the introduction of analytics, will be disclosed before the new processing begins where required. Additional notice or consent will be provided or requested when the law requires it. The three language versions describe the same practices and are intended to have the same meaning.
